Types of Dentures Based on Material:

Acrylic Dentures

There are two types of acrylic dentures: partial and complete. partial and total.

Partial Acrylic Denture: Commonly used as a temporary solution for patients with some missing teeth. It is very similar to a complete denture but relies on remaining natural teeth using wire clasps. Complete Acrylic Denture: Used when all teeth are missing.

Vizil (Skeletal Denture)

A skeletal denture is used to replace missing teeth in the patient's jaw. It features small metal clasps that provide a more natural feeling for the patient during use.

At Dental Studio Pržno, you will encounter immense patience and experience from the dentists. We will find the right way to relax you and make the creation and adaptation to the denture as simple and easy as possible.

Silicone Dentures – Valplast

Are you afraid that your denture might fall out and break?

Valplast dentures, also known as flexible dentures, are the ideal solution for you. This material is biocompatible, meaning it is well-tolerated in the mouth without causing allergic reactions. Additionally, it has a high degree of elasticity, making it known as unbreakable.

Bio HPP Dentures

BioHPP is a relatively new material in dentistry. The base of this material has long been used in medicine to make artificial hips, vertebrae, and other prosthetics. In dentistry, it is enriched with fine-grained ceramics.

This material is used as a base in the creation of crowns and bridges on implants and in dentures.

BioHPP has elasticity similar to natural bone, making it an excellent choice for implant-supported work. During chewing, this elasticity helps protect implants from overload. BioHPP is also lighter than the metal frameworks it replaces in prosthetic work, making it more comfortable to wear. Allergies to BioHPP are almost nonexistent as it does not dissolve in saliva. This material is white, satisfying aesthetic requirements. Maintaining oral hygiene with BioHPP prosthetic work is easy due to its smooth surfaces that can be easily cleaned. Additionally, this material has a high resistance to breakage.

BioHPP forms the base of the prosthetic work, while the crowns are made from high-quality composite materials or metal-free ceramics. The gums are imitated with gum-colored composite that coats the BioHPP material.

All prosthetic works based on BioHPP have excellent aesthetic and mechanical properties, making them a choice you can't go wrong with.
